fitracker System Description:
fitracker is a personal trainer system designed to help anyone start and maintain a workout program. By tracking your previous workouts, and asking what type of gym you are working out in on a given day, fitracker dynamically generates a workout for you.
Workouts can be reviewed over the phone, by a quick description, or by a detailed review of the whole workout. Users can also workout in real-time by downloading a fitrcaker podcast to their mp3 player. Each user gets a unique podcast feed that automatically updates when a new workout is generated.
fitracker's supplemental website provides additional graphical instructions for specific exercises, and allows a user to edit their information. Currently, fitracker's "tips of the day" are displayed on a user's homepage, and can also be sent via email and SMS text message.
